- CT scanning
- DXA scanning (bone density)
- Ultrasound
- MRI scanning
- 3D Mammography
DXA scanning services require a doctor's order, so talk with your primary care provider today to see if a bone density test is right for you.
Digital Mammograms
The Genius™ 3D Mammography™ exam provides better, earlier breast cancer detection compared to 2D alone. It finds 20-65% more invasive breast cancers than 2D mammography alone. Genius exams have also been proven to reduce unnecessary callbacks by up to 40%.

Experts recommend that women age 40+ have an annual mammogram screening, though your primary care provider may recommend them sooner based on your family history or any other risk factors you may have. Most private health insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, cover the cost of mammograms. There is typically no copay, coinsurance or deductible that applies.

Imaging Billing Statements
All patients who receive digital imaging services at Clark Fork Valley Hospital will receive two billing statements shortly after testing takes place. The first will be a statement from Clark Fork Valley Hospital for the imaging services that took place during your appointment. The second will be a separate statement from our diagnostic imaging partners at Integra Imaging for the radiologist reading fee.
These two statements cover the two components of your imaging procedure - the testing and the reading so please do not be alarmed at the separate statements. Please send each payment to the appropriate facility designated on each statement.
Both facilities will submit bills to insurance providers according to the information provided at the time of admission/registration.
