Plains Family Medicine

Plains Family Medicine, located at the main hospital campus in Plains, MT provides primary, pre/post delivery obstetrical and specialty care services to the residents of Plains and the surrounding communities.

Laboratory and radiologic, imaging and rehabilitation services are available from the hospital since we are located in the same building.

Please be aware that these services will be billed separately from your clinic visit. This is because the hospital is a critical access hospital, which makes it a separate entity from our Family Medicine Network offices, and it must bill for the unique services it provides.
