Biography
Richard Ingle, MD joined CFVH in January 2022. He provides Primary Care and Obstetrical Services from Clark Fork Valley Hospital and Plains Family Medicine.
Ingle has over 33 years of experience in the medical field including running his own practice for 22 years in northern Nevada. He has practiced in several small towns since, always including a spectrum of coverage in obstetrics, inpatient and emergency care settings.
Before joining CFVH, Ingle worked for Dignity Health in Mount Shasta, CA for five years. He worked in both their clinic and hospital facilities and served as their clinic director.
He and his wife, Cathy, of 40+ years have four grown children who are located in Oregon, Nevada, Idaho and Kansas. They enjoy visiting them, as well as their grandchildren, when they are able.
Outside of work, Ingle enjoys reading, hunting, fishing and playing his guitar. He started cattle ranching while he was living in Nevada, and, although a family friend runs the daily operations after relocating, he visits when he can.
