Biography
Dr. Matthew Ingle joined CFVH in August 2022 after three years of working as an ER physician at Coquille Valley Hospital in Coquille, Oregon.
Ingle graduated from his residency program in 2018 and has been working in emergency medicine since. He has been looking to expand his practice to incorporate Family Medicine. Working at CFVH will allow him to do just that while also working alongside his father, Dr. Richard Ingle who joined CFVH in January 2022 as a primary care and obstetrical provider.
“CFVH is a community focused organization. I am impressed that it is physician led, which I feel lends significant perspective when it comes to balancing the financial needs of the organization with the needs of the patients and hospital staff,” explained Ingle.
Ingle moved to Sanders County with his wife, Veronica and two children, Calvin (9) and Alice (5). Veronica was a pre-nursing student when they had their first child and is considering continuing her training to become a laboratory technologist.
Outside of work, Ingle enjoys music and plays guitar. He recently invested in a small amount of studio equipment which he has been learning how to use. He loves to fish and although he will miss the coast and the opportunity to get out onto the ocean, he is excited about the opportunity to hone his fly fishing skills. He refers to himself as a mediocre hunter, but likes to do that as well.
