Biography
With over 20 years experience, Leslie Coates, MS, RD, CDE is an integral part of our team here at CFVH providing treatment and nutrition therapy to those fighting diseases or conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease. She works with a number of patients one on one who are referred to her by their primary care provider. Coates is also a Certified Diabetes Educator and leads Diabetes Care and Managment seminars throughout the year.
