Biography
Anna Marie has been serving patients in the medical field for over 20 years. She worked her way up from the bottom as she greatly enjoyed health and human services since her youth. She worked hard to pay rent and work nights to complete a registered nursing program in 2008 and pursued further studies to complete her bachelor's and master 's degrees to complete her nurse practitioner education. She has spent many days and nights as an ER nurse in both rural and inner-city settings.
"I fell in love with rural medicine and have greatly enjoyed smaller communities and care of the whole family for many years as a nurse practitioner," Anna Marie shared. After working at CFVH as a traveler in 2021, she commented, "This community is one I would like to grow older and retire in. I greatly enjoyed the amazing people and community of this hospital."
She is a proud dog mom of two and outside of work she enjoys learning, reading, canning, gardening, fishing and frequent home renovations.
Currently, Anna Marie lives in the Bitterroot. She has lived all over from Alaska to east and west coasts. She has always enjoyed traveling and seeing what is in the world both foreign and domestic.
She enjoys working with patients of all ages. Diabetes, thyroid, kidney and liver diseases are near and dear to her heart.
