Exhibit seeks art work

There is no shortage of artistic talent in the area and there is a gallery opportunity for those with recent works yearning for a wall. The Art on the Walls exhibit has long been a way for artists to get their work out there for the public to see and possibly purchase. The quarterly shows liven the hallways of Clark Fork Valley Hospital for staff, patients and visitors. Artist reception openings for the exhibit feature live music performances from local musicians and refreshments with a chance to mingle with the artists and get a preview of the newly mounted art.
Sanders County Arts Council is accepting applications for the Summer Show of Art on the Walls at the Clark Fork Valley Hospital. The exhibit will run Thursday, June 25 through Tuesday, September 22. Art for this juried show must be the original work of a Sanders County artist. Work can be any medium as long as it can be hung on the wall. Applications are due Monday, June 8.
