The annual Health Hero Award, sponsored by Eat Right Montana and Montana Action for Healthy Kids, recognizes individuals and organizations that creatively maximize resources in schools, workplaces, and communities to promote healthy nutrition/physical activity choices and behaviors.

The Health Hero Award celebrates efforts to improve Montanans’ health through nutrition and physical activity programs.

Two employees at Clark Fork Valley Hospital - Cassie Craft and Sara Nestor - were honored via Zoom last Wednesday by First Lady Gianforte and Rebecca Morley from Eat Right Montana.

Craft and Nestor, through the Clark Fork Valley Hospital’s Virtual Baby-Bistro/Baby-Friendly Team, offer on-site classes providing virtual support to new mothers on topics like lactation, breastfeeding, and milk supply.
