Essentrics is an original, dynamic workout that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body. Essentrics uses the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance; the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, and flexible muscles; and the healing principles of physiotherapy which relieve pain. By lengthening muscles and pulling out of the body, joints are relieved of stress and posture improves.
Our unique purpose: to rebalance the body by moving all 650 muscles, condition all 360 joints with rotational movements and work through the fascia to minimize scar tissue and reduce pain.

Please Note: Exercises are done barefoot, so you don't need tennis shoes.
