On Friday, May 14, 2021, CFVH will be co-hosting a Self-Defense Seminar at the Sanders County Fairground Pavilion from 2:00 - 3:00 PM.
Instructor, Lawrence Mark Vellucci, the Kobukan Karate Federation President will be leading the seminar. Vellucci has over 46 years of experience in martial arts. He spent eight years training in the far East and holds an Eighth degree black belt in Matsumura Shorin Ryu Karate and a Seventh degree black belt in Okinawan White Crane Karate. He is a retired United States Marine Corp Officer who has a Masters Degree in Ancient and Classical History and a Masters Degree in Education. He has a positive teaching style and speaks from experience gleaned from his martial arts, military, law enforcement and Department of Homeland Security background.
The cost is $10 per person or $15 per couple. Couples are encouraged for minimal contact demonstrations.
