Community Health Surveys
Clark Fork Valley Hospital places a high importance on maintaining and growing our relationships with other community organizations, groups and residents. We take pride in being an integral part of the communities we serve.
Community Health Surveys and Implementation Plan
Clark Fork Valley Hospital participated in the Community Health Development Project administrated by the Montana Office of Rural Health and the Rural Health Resource Center (RHRC) in Duluth, Minnesota. A part of this project focuses on community engagement. This includes a healthcare service survey and focus groups.
In the summer of 2007, the community of Sanders County Montana was surveyed about its healthcare system. The report below shows the results of the survey in both narrative and chart formats. At the end of the report, we have included a copy of the survey instrument. Readers are invited to familiarize themselves with the survey instrument and then look at the findings. Our narrative report touches on the highlights while the charts present data for virtually every question asked.
