Staff Identification Badges & Patient Wristbands
Our policies require all staff to wear a photo ID badge identifying their name and position. Please do not hesitate to ask any staff member for their identification. Your wristband helps staff know to who they are giving medications or treatment. This is an important part of patient safety. Please do not take off your wristband or be offended if staff ask to look at it.
