Plains Family Medicine, located at the main hospital campus facility in Plains, provides primary care and rehabilitation services to the residents of Plains and the surrounding communities.
Walk-in care services available
Laboratory and Radiologic/Imaging services are available from the hospital since we are located on the same campus. Please be aware that these services will be billed separately than your clinic visit. This is because the hospital is a Critical Access hospital which makes it a separate entity than our Family Medicine Network offices and it must bill for the unique services it provides. We apologize for this inconvenience ahead of time.
