Clark Fork Valley Hospital is located in Plains, Montana, one of the larger cities within Sanders County. Plains is at the juncture of highway’s 200 and 28. Highway 28 serves as a major access to the beautiful Flathead Lake area and Glacier National Park for travelers approaching Montana from the west.

Clark Fork Valley Hospital is on the western side of Plains. Turn northeast off Highway 200 onto Kruger Road and the hospital is .2 of a mile on your right.

All services the hospital offers can be accessed either through the Main Hospital Entrance facing Hwy 200 or the Emergency Entrance after hours.
Main Entrance Hours
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday – Main Entrance Closed - Please use Emergency Room Entrance
Plains Family Medicine is also located at the Clark Fork Valley Hospital campus and can be accessed from the northeast parking lot (turn left into the north east parking lot after entering the main entrance access off of Kruger Road).

We allow open visitation based on each patient’s need for rest and comfort. We ask for you to check at the appropriate nursing units before visiting a patient. Quit Hours after 8:00 PM
