Barb Wooden
(Trout Creek)
Wooden resides in Trout Creek and has lived in the area for 38 years.
When asked what interests her in health care today, Wooden stated, "The advances in health care that are being made every day."
Wooden joined the Clark Fork Valley Hospital Governing Board in December of 2008 because it would give her a chance to give back to the community. She feels the hospital is a very important part of the success of our community.
Her expertise are in banking in which she developed over her 31 year long career at First Security Bank in Thompson Falls.
Wooden has been married for 38 years to her husband, Gene. They have two children; their son, Kirt, and daughter, Annie.
Wooden additionally serves on the Board of Directors for the Trout Creek Rural Fire District and volunteers with the Sanders County Cancer Network.
